The hotel is located very close to the Paradiso train station and about a 20 minute walk along the lake from the city center. It is also located 1 minute from the funicular that goes up to Monte San Salvatore. The breakfast is very good. I received a free Ticino ticket from the hotel, which was very helpful because I traveled for free by train and bus and I also had discounts at certain tourist attractions.

We liked everything. The staff were very helpful from the minute we arrived to our departure. The hotel is close to the bus and train stations - but you may also walk to the central business area in 10 minutes. Take advantage of the public transport to visit areas around the city for unforgettable views

Very clean and spacious room. Excellent breakfast and we had one free coffee each per day (in the room). They've decorated the room for my birthday (at my request) for free. Only a few minutes away from the lake.
