Nice place , nice view , very friendly people , they help me , when my bag is cracked ,and I fixed my bag because reception helped me , honestly next time my visit to lugano , I will stay in collibri hotel , which is related to my nice apartment, but it was 18 minutes to lugano Centro by bus number 12, it's the only one goes center , but it deserve to stay in the mountain with fortunella apartment

Awesome view from balcony. Very good location and very easily reached centre of Lugano by bus nr.12. Apartment was clean, well equipped and very silent at night time. We have possibility to use pool and especially in the morning before breakfast it was very nice start of the day. Highly recommend for big families with children.
