A fair cheap option to stay overnight! Beds were fine and the bathroom too. We arrived late at night, took a shower (shampoo was available - very nice), slept well and left in the morning. Blue parking zone is very close to the house. The train station is a 20-25 min walk from the place. The room fully met the expectations.

When you book it, please remember it’s a budget option, and for the price like that in Lugano it’s really good. Reasonable walking distance from the train station, very close to the supermarket.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this apartment and I am absolutely delighted to rate it with a full score - it truly deserves nothing less. From the moment I stepped through the front door, I felt right at home. The room was impeccably clean, spacious, and well-appointed, with two comfortable beds that ensured a good night's sleep. The amenities provided were of the good standard, reflecting the hotel's commitment to guest comfort and satisfaction. The apartment's location was also perfect, providing easy access to local attractions and transport links. Despite its convenient location to bus stops, the rooms were surprisingly quiet, creating a peaceful oasis in the city. What truly sets this hotel apart, however, is its staff. Every member of the team was courteous, professional, and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was perfect. Their attention to detail, willingness to assist, and genuine care for guests was evident in every interaction. (Despite the staff not being physically present, they were still able to assist me with everything I needed.) Overall, my stay at this hotel was an excellent experience. The combination of the perfect location, comfortable rooms, superb food nearby, and outstanding service made it a memorable trip. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a top-notch experience, and I am already looking forward to my next visit.

The place was clean and very secure, the staff were very cooperative despite the fact that I didn't see them which I like the most.
