Very good breakfast, nice and clean rooms, great location close to the lake, the sauna (1hr for 15 CHF) and the excellent storage room for the bicycles (incl all Equipment you can imagine to fix your bike.

Everything is very beautiful, raffined and leggiero :) Breakfast, details of decoration in the room, incredibly good location (beautiful shops in vicinity :) ), and a calm night inspite of its position on a square of the town's centre. I even managed to swim in the lake, not far from the hotal location. The hotel stored the luggage for free after my check out!

Very cute hotel in the centre of Lugano. Everything was perfect. We got a free public transport ticket and chocolate and the room was cutely made with gift boxes.
