The fine print
On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi. Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process. The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay. Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise.

There are many things to like about this property and several to dislike. Its extremely well equipped and the hosts have thought of everything you may need to make your stay comfortable. Even down to leaving tea, coffee and sugar along with things like washing up liquid and bin bags etc. The kitchen is very well set up with plenty of plates and utensils, a nespresso machine, microwave and also good quality cooking utensils if you intend to cook (we didn't but could appreciate the effort put in.) The living room is nice with a comfortable quality settee and pleasant eating area with four chairs. The bathroom is clean and modern with a good walk in shower and plenty of hot water. There is private parking which is a bonus in Ludlow as local parking can be very expensive. The apartment is close to the centre of the town with lots of cafes, bars, restaurants easily within walking distance.
