Taj is the only hotel worth staying in Lucknow. The entire team is wonderful & well trained. Shubham in the restaurant is always a big help and a lifesaver. The entire team at the front desk is also very efficient.

All the staff in Reception and Dining Hall were very helpful and delivered warm and true Indian hospitality. Zainub and Fardeen went that extra mile to make our experience memorable. Breakfast time was very tranquil with live flute music played by the lady in the hotel foyer. My wife said the lady who gave massage in the Spa was very experienced and great.
