Well located, next to the beautiful lake and only a short walk or bus ride (free with the visitors pass) to the centre and train station. It was clean and the facilities were modern, and I loved the included mini bar that was stocked up each day! The staff were extremely helpful and the breakfast at the neighbouring hotel (19CHF/day) was excellent.

Free minibar, top up daily. Laundry available at nearby hotel. Free bus/tram card. Easy n fast check in. Family room. Shared kitchen. Beautiful lake view from room. Can walk to the park at the lake

The property itself is very nice and the rooms are well prepared also. Bathroom is clean and modern along with comfortable bed. Location is great you can just walk around the back of the properly and along the lake front path into Lucerne. 10 mins max with lots of nice restaurants and bars along the way.
