Please note that with your hotel reservation confirmation (printed or online on your smartphone), you can travel free of charge by bus from Lucerne train station to Hotel Richemont (line 24 to the Hotel Seeburg stop).Please note that the reception and the restaurant are only open until 17:00. If you intend to arrive after 17:00, please inform the hotel in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking or contact the property. The hotel will send you an e-mail with the access code for the key box at the hotel entrance.Please note that the elevator is out of service from 5 p.m. until 7 a.m. the following morning. Please use the side entrance on the right-hand side of the building. You can reach the second floor, where your room is located, via the stairs.Please note that hotel's car park is only accessible between 06:00 and 23:00.

A loads of option for breakfast. They let us do the early check-in as well which was great. Location was beautiful. Free parking.

Great location for the Lucerne Festival on the Lido Wiese. Parking on site, good price. Sunset bar was across the road and was cool.
