Our room was close to the train station and to tourist sites. When we registered, the staff were very professional and helpful. They looked after our luggage when we arrived and immediately before we departed.

great location, super close to bus stop, eateries and station. our room was massive and had 2 balconies! our bedroom was very clean

I didn't have the best experiences, but it was manageable. 1. There's always a risk with shared spaces because people share bathrooms. Fortunately - in my case i found it clean most of the times, with spare towels. But that was probably because the property wasn't fully occupied - just in luck. 2. Good thing is - it's close to the Lucern train station, a 10-min walk. 3. Clear communication was made before checking-in. The property is managed by the Luzernerhof Hotel, which is close by. So, you need to check-in at the hotel, grab your keys and then walk further 5mins to get to this shared property.
