This propery is managed by a hotel round the corner, which is where you check in. I was able to leave my bags here after checkout to accomadate my travel plans. The staff here were very helpful and friendly. You can also get a vistior travel pass, I had to ask for this. The property was clean and what you pay for, there are a lots of rooms and nights could be noisy. There is a laundry area but no kitchen area, therefore if you had to wash out your cups and lunch boxes you had to do so in the bathroom. The location is very central to the old town and lake and near a very nice chocolate/cake shop.

Very good location in the heart of Lucern - the main attractions, train station, the river, shops and restaurants within the walking distance. Nice room, friendly staff. The instruction to check in at a nearby location was clear without problems, but you must remember to have 20 euro or francs with you for the key deposit.

Amazing location for the city center , train station, lake and ferries , clean rooms and shared bathrooms , bed and pillows were very comfortable
