The hotel has a good location, about a 20-minute walk to the city center. There’s a small underground parking area, which is convenient, though spaces are limited. Our room was small, but we managed fine with three carry-on suitcases. Guests with larger luggage might find it challenging to fit comfortably. The bunk bed is only suitable for children, and the shower was quite small as well. On the plus side, there was air conditioning, and the room had blinds, which made sleeping in easier. Overall, for the price, it offered a good experience and was a practical choice for a short stay in Luzern.

The room was small — fine for one night, but definitely felt cramped. The shower was inside the room itself, only separated from the bed by a curtain, and the glass doors made everything quite visible. The sink was also in the room, while only the toilet was behind a proper door. The location was pretty good, about a 15-minute walk to the bridge and the city center. Unfortunately, I had an issue when trying to leave the parking area. I was told at reception that the gate would open automatically when I drove up to it, but it didn’t. I had to run to the reception twice to get help, which was a bit stressful — especially with a line of cars forming behind me. Overall, it was okay for a one-night stay, but I wouldn’t choose it for a longer visit, as the space gave me a slightly claustrophobic feeling.
