Location was very good. Easy to find. Less than 10 minute walk to the train station. Very welcoming from all staff.

Wide room with a lot of space for people and luggage. Everything is comfortable and organised. Beds are really nice and blinds are electric. It even has mosquito nets on the windows! Free parking on the premises, and free transport card to Luzern, which makes it so convenient.
