Guests can use local buses free of charge with their booking confirmation. From Lucerne Train Station, please use lines 1, 11, 14, or 20 until the Eichhof stop. Amazing location right next to the bus stop from Lucern train station and next to bust stop for Mt. Pilatus. Rooms were good. Decent affordable breakfast and food options in hotel. Wonderful reception staff. They kept our luggage even after checkout so we could visit Mt. Pilatus. Very helpful.

Conveniently located next to a bus station. No coffee in the room but we could get free coffee from reception. Comfortable and clean rooms.

The quietness and very convenient .. park our car at the hotel and we took the free bus around lucerne.

The Staff were very friendly & helpful Didnt catch the lady on the desk name but she told us all we needed to know about transport & recommended where to eat
