Excellent hotel with kind staff who helped us with the luggage as well as provided the necessary care to help us with our baby. Good breakfast and even greater restaurant food. The vanilla panna cotta is amazing! The best part is the location, just a walk away from the bridge (for the views) or the station or the pier for the boat ride. The beds are good, the heater did its thing since it was a bit chilly in the evenings.

I had such a beautiful and very special room n the old part of the hotel - it was gorgeous. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpfulness the location is great.

The hotel was in an excellent location, well placed for visiting the sights of Luzern. Although somewhat quirky, the bedroom and beds were comfortable, and I loved the design of the bathroom. It was lovely to sit out on the balcony on the warm sunny evening we had for our stay.
