This is my second time at the place, and I think I liked it even more this time around! Very spacious room compared to other hotels of a similar class, the bed and the pillows are super clean (no musty old smells) and very comfortable!

Loved the room decor - really nicely done, very clean and room cleaning was excellent. The location was very quiet but central to the town. Just walk out of the courtyard and you are at the river and bridges. Loved it.

The location is great, check in process super easy and smooth, the room is spacious, luminous, modern and lovely, the building is quiet and we couldn't enjoy more our stay in Luzern. Super recommended, we will definitely love to go back

Easy to find, beautiful room, comfortable bed, very clean, it was spacious, bathroom was modern and the shower was great. We accidentally left without a room key and the self check in machine was surprisingly really easy to use and user friendly so managed to replace the room key in a few minutes without a headache. Only thing to note is the pillows are quite soft and my personal preference is a hard pillow so perhaps request a few more / different one
