Great location in the old centre of Lucerne. Everything in walking distance. Self-Check-In worked flawless and easy. Very comfortable bed and a very nice bath room. Absolutely great value for the money.

It’s in a perfect area. Also, check in & out is so perfect. You don’t need to speak with staff for check in, you do it with a machine which was a nice experience. Hotel was very warm & kept me cosy in the winter

A very nice hotel in Lucerne with an excellent location, making it easy to reach the city center and main attractions. The room was clean, comfortable, and well equipped, exactly as described. The staff and owners were very friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist. Our stay was very pleasant, and we would gladly choose this hotel again.
