We loved the room and beds were very comfortable ( pillows not so much but understand this is so hard to get right for everyone. Shower would have been 10/10 if an overhead rain shower. Otherwise fabulous! Breakfast amazing, coffee amazing thank you Added a photo of our view

The hotel was clean comfortable and the staff were friendly and very helpful. It was situated on the river front we had a lovely view of the river.

Fantastic location, spotless and comfortable twin room with a lovely view over the river - see photo - and at an incredibly reasonable single-occupancy price. And an excellent breakfast, too.

Excellent central location in traffic-free old town, with direct access to waterfront & outside restaurant seating available on the riverside promenade. Comfortable rooms, light and modern but without losing the character of the historic building. Very welcoming and friendly reception staff. One unusual and attractive touch (at least for me and for anyone else who enjoys a lie-in): instead of being tied to a fixed-time breakfast buffet, hotel guests are given a cash voucher that can be spent anytime in the restaurant / bar, including the à-la-carte breakfast menu - which is available all day. Coupled with a leisurely 11 a.m. check-out time, this makes for a very relaxing morning experience. Also, there are free and generously-stocked in-room coffee and tea-making facilities. Finally, for this prime location and level of comfort in a popular Swiss tourist destination, the room rates are extremely reasonable. I'll definitely be back!
