The staff at reception were so friendly and helpful!! They were also able to hold our bags before and after check-in and check-out. They also gave us great tips when heading up to Mt Rigi and also local things to see.

We had a lovely one night stay here. The hotel was just like in the pictures and description. Perfect location. The man that checked us in and out was very nice and friendly, we liked him and he kindly stored our bags for us the next day. I enjoyed using the pool after checking in. We checked in a little early which was really appreciated. Luzern is expensive so bearing that in mind it was good value. Many food options a few minutes walk away as you could not be better placed in the old town. The air con was occasionally needed and appreciated. Shower nice. Would stay again and recommend.

The front desk was kind to help us adjust the number of occupants on the day and fixed the room very quickly. The location was good next to the scenic part of the river and to food options. The porch by the pool was a good area for group catch up.
