Clean, fairly quiet (just road noise), near shops, transport. Good sized space, well stocked kitchenette with suitable items. Quick bus ride into the main city of Lucerne. Cheap parking rate for multiple days. Friendly staff. Well stocked vending machine. Friendly and helpful messaging with staff. Lucerne visitors card was a bonus; this could be offered when booking, as it was only because I read the Q&A that I learnt about it.

Very clean, spacious, suitable for 3 people. Distance between bus station is within 3 mins of walking.

The apartments are simple but functional. Even though they are a bit run down, all in all everything is in a reasonable shape. Self check-in worked well. Parking in front of the apartments is limited (five marked spots) but the price was cheaper than we expected. We had read 13 CHF per day but the machine only asked for 7 CHF.

The room size was great. there are a few parking spots on the side of the road, they look safe but obviously you need to pay for them. the check in and check out experience were great, i never had problems with the wireless key, however i also had always batter on my phone which made it safe to enter inside the hotel... the staff on WhatsApp made sure to fulfill my needs, and i have 2 problems before the trip and during the trip which they responded immediately, and they were friendly and very supportive, just because of them i gave one more star, if it wasn't for them i would have given 6 stars (the reason is because of the cleaness of the room...)

Apartment confortable for 2 people with kitchen to cook if wanted. Gave us luzern guest card to travel around the city for free. Bus stop 8 minute walk if that. Lidl right across the bridge. City map available when entering the building.

The place was good, big flat, clean, kitchen had everything we needed. Auto check in is very good thing, the phone app for opening the door was nice. The possibility to take a card as a key was also very nice. Bathroom also good.

The place is very cosy and clean. Has absolutely everything necessary for living. The bus station is very close. Quiet neighborhood. Good wi-fi. Easy check-in/check-out.
