Best location in Luzern! Just a few steps far away from the downtown, the train and ship station. We really enjoyed our stay in the hotel. We loved that all the staff was helpful and kind always with big smile. Room was really clean and quite with comfortable bed. Breakfast had big variety and everything was really tasty and good quality. Strongly recommend this hotel and we return here next time for sure.

We arrived at the hotel at 10:30 in the morning with the intention of dropping off our luggage. In fact, the receptionist saw that our room was available and we checked in very early which was really convenient. The rooms are a bit small, but clean and very comfortable. The hotel is excellently located in relation to the train station and the city center. The breakfast was very good. Bottom line - we had an excellent experience
