This was the perfect apartment for our stay in Luzern. It was easy walking to the city sights. It was so well appointed and had everything we needed. The views are great from the balcony. There are supermarkets dotted all around for all our needs.

The location was fantastic and the view over rooftops and to Swiss mountains was lovely. Only a short stroll to the river, restaurants, bakeries and gorgeous Christmas markets. The apartment was very comfortable and warm. Communication excellent.

The location is close to the main train station (there are several buses, just 3 stops and a flat path). If not carrying luggages, it is possible to walk over as well. Within the vicinity, there are 3 supermarkets. There is even an Asian market just downstairs. The building is pretty secured, you need the key to enter the main building first. The lift is extremely small where it can only fit 1 person and 1 luggage (without luggage, will be squeezy for 2-3 people). The apartment itself is well-lit with natural lighting, spacious and comfortable. Bathroom amenities were sufficiently provided (shampoo, body wash). Just take note to bring your own toothbrush and toothpaste. The water heater works well and the spray strength is good. The kitchen is a bit small but sufficient for 1-2 people to be in the kitchen. Pots/pans and cutlery were sufficiently provided. The TV in the living room is able to connect to YouTube and Netflix. The sofa is really comfortable. Attractions such as Luzern museum, needle dam, chapel bridge are all within walking distance. To get to the lion monument, we took a bus to the main station first before changing to another bus. The location is really good! Lastly, would like to compliment Lukas for his timely responses to my enquiries (even after normal working hours). It really made me feel more reassured when I know he is always ready to explain and help!
