Breakfast very high quality! Fresh and tasty local ingredients. Clean and comfortable room. Cleaners efficient. Air conditioned. Espresso machine in room! Self check in very smooth. Good distance away from Lucca: <10mins walk. Concierge available which was helpful at answering all questions

Andrea and his wife are very sweet and we've had everything we needed. Having a quick dip in the pool during the heat wave was wonderful, and we were right in the middle of multiple medieval villages, which was exactly the point of our visit.

Fabulous location,a 5 minute walk in to the city walls. Swimming pool was a massive bonus and surrounded by lovely gardens with seating areas. So easy to check in and with a very good breakfast. The villa is stunning and a lot of thought has gone in to the detail. An 8 min walk to the train station.
