Check-in after 17:00 should always be arranged in advance. Failing to do so will result in the cancellation of the booking, and subsequent charge. If you arrive after 17:00 and have informed the property, you will be provided with a code to check in automatically.
When booking after 17:00 for the same night, you should call the property to obtain the automatic check-in code.Please note that the rooms are located on 3 floors and that the villa does not have a lift.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. The property was in a beautiful setting, lovely old buildings beautiful restored. Had everything you could want for a relaxing stay. Staying only one night we did get to explore the surrounding area which would have been really interesting.

The villa is beautiful, with a lovely pool. The staff were really friendly and helpful. We had breakfast included in our stay which was lovely too, there were plenty of options to choose from. The villa is about 15-20 mins walk outside of Lucca centre. You can also rent bikes at the property to cycle into the centre.

Location was an easy 20min walk from the centre of the walled city, and just outside town enough to be peaceful by the pool which was beautiful...gardens were lovely and the staff spoke excellent english and couldnt do enough to help us...very impressed!
