We had a wonderful stay at this guest house 💛 Jesus and Miriam are incredibly kind and welcoming people — they made us feel at home from the very first moment. The house itself is a beautiful Italian home, full of charm and warmth. Everything was perfectly clean, and you can really feel the care and attention in every detail. The location is also very convenient — great both for those traveling by car and for guests using the train. Thank you for such a lovely experience 💛

A delightful little hotel run by a lovely, friendly and interested couple. Tango Hotel is an easy and safe 10 minute walk from the railway station, and about the same to the Lucca city wall. The room and bathroom were generously proportioned and bright. A few minutes walk away is an excellent, recommended eating place where I enjoyed breakfast capuccino and a slice of torta for 2 euros! (March 2026) I believe this place does excellent evening meals too. I asked the couple who run the hotel for a scale to weigh my luggage and they were fabulous about organising that for me. I'll definitely go back on my return to Lucca.

This property was a five minute walk from the Vatican City, which was ideal. The room was clean and tidy and we had a terrace to view out of breakfast was simple but perfectly adequate
