The property has only one private parking space, available upon prior request and subject to confirmation by the property, at a cost of €20 per day. The parking is not included in the room rate.Relais San Lorenzo is located in the heart of Lucca’s historic centre, within the city’s Renaissance walls. It offers an elegant and intimate stay in a refined setting, ideal for experiencing the charm and atmosphere of the old town.Guests arriving by car may temporarily access the property to unload luggage. The vehicle plate number can be provided at check-in to allow access to the limited traffic zone (ZTL), in accordance with local regulations.Check-in is by appointment only. Guests are kindly requested to inform the property in advance of their expected arrival time.A surcharge of EUR 20 applies for late check-in. The latest possible check-in time is 22:00.The property does not have a 24-hour reception. A member of staff will welcome guests at the agreed time and provide the keys.Special requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.

Had a real Palazzo feel to it with historic yet comfortable furnishings. It was in a great location for exploring historic Lucca. The host was very friendly and knowledgeable. We were able to get some recommendations for dinner etc.

Perfect location, wonderful place, very clean and comfortable in the middle of the city. The host did everything you make us feel welcome. She made reservations for dinner in excellent restaurant. We will return for sure, thanks a million for this wonderful stay
