The bad was very comfy and so beautiful, the ceilings are incredible. The staff were very easygoing and helpful. I was there in winter over Christmas and it was very cosy and warm. Big spacious room, shower very powerful and hot. Quiet and relaxing.

The location was good, very central and easy to get to everything. The staff weren't always there but were friendly and helpful when they were. There was a good shower and bathroom. The bed was pretty comfortable.

Very nice apartment with really historical feeling in great location. one minute walk from piazza anfiteatro. Everything was clean and good size of room, with about four meters to to the roof and nice painting on the walls. Very welcoming hospitality

All just as featured, described! Wonderful room, furnishings, all immaculately cleaned & everything in good condition. Beautiful & comfortable bed. Hosts very friendly. Great location in Lucca,& opposite beautiful Piazza.
