The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The breakfast was abundant and fresh, great selection of juices, coffee, cereals, fruits and pastries. The buffet was accessible 24 hours in case of the little hungers in between and there were water dispensers. The room was well sized, decent sized bathroom quite comfortable. The location was very good, free parking and walking distance to the Lucca Walls with the old town just minutes away.

Very dog friendly, we had a room with doors opening onto the garden which was perfect. Breakfast was great and the staff in general were very friendly. Perfect location to walk into the town.

The location was excellent. Very convenient. The breakfast was really good. Wide selection provided. 24 hr buffet provided. Water filter provided. Secure parking available. Really lovely property with alot of character. Nice sitting areas on each floor. Only thing is there is no lift. We were on the top floor. It was manageable as the stairs were wide.
