It's a decent place if you travel alone, your stay isn't long and you don't have particular necessities, close to Porta Elisa, staff is really kind.

(We got our stay upgraded to Hotel Bernardino 80m away) -Great location to explore the city center of Lucca. -Very friendly staff (also exceptionally dog friendly) -great value for money -small room but very comfortable -private parking

Very friendly staff, helpfull. Excellent location close to big markets and close to delicous " pasticceria". Absolutely recomend.
