The staff were all so welcoming, lovely facilities, excellent breakfast, loved the pool. Q perfect base to explore Lucca, just a shit walk to the city walls and centre. Launderette nearby too. The staff kindly gave us recommendations for great food places too. Made our stay just perfect!
