This is a family run hotel and that means the staff really care and want you to have a lovely stay. The hotel is full of charm and quirky design. The breakfast was plentiful with something for everyone. The location is really central and there was safe parking for our car just over the road. Lucca itself was a delight - we will return and would definitely stay here again.

Nice sized room. No lift to our room but reception staff carried our bags up to and from room. Good range for breakfast but no hot selection, other then hot drinks
