Welcoming staff, room was spacious clean and comfortable, free parking on site. A 10-15 minute walk into the walled city of Lucca

The staff were really friendly and helpful. The breakfast was enjoyable, fresh and plentiful. The room itself was comfortable, clean and plenty of toiletries. There was a good hairdryer in the bathroom. Drinks in the room fridge although not sure what exactly was free as we only used the water. Very close to a supermarket. About a 15 minute walk takes you to the city wall.

The room was modern, clean and tidy. The breakfast selection was plentiful. It was about a 30 minute walk into Lucca.

Amazing personal, extremely helpful. Hotel is very clean and nice. Good breakfest (as for italian standard;) ). Highly recommend.
