Check-in after 17:00 must always be arranged in advance. Otherwise, the reservation will be canceled and the subsequent charge. If you book after 17:00 for the same night, you must call the property to get the code for self check-in.Please note that the rooms are located over 3 floors and that the villa does not have a lift.Please note that the swimming pool is open from 20 May to 15 October.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. Breakfast was good, staff very friendly and helpful. Pool area was lovely and nice touch. Location was only a short walk into Lucca.

The pool was excellent and the staff were really friendly and attentive. The room was lovely and spacious and the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was a standard hotel buffet but that's perfect for what we wanted, to be able to know what you are having to breakfast and go down to get it when you are ready.

Georgia (the host) was incredible. The rooms and pool area were very clean. The breakfast was very good.
