Very good hotel, close to the city centre, just outside the 'Antiche Mura Di Lucca'. As soon as I arrived, they gave me a free upgrade to a double room, bigger than the single that I had booked. I appreciated a lot this kind gesture. Also, they allowed me to have check out at 12.00 instead than 11.00, that is the normal time at this hotel: so, this was another positive aspect. Very professional and smart employees at the hotel lobby. Big and comfortable king bed, perfect heating and temperature in the room. I haven't done breakfast or dinner at the hotel, but I know from other people that their restaurant is very good, and as well very popular and well known. I will certainly return to this hotel the next time I need to go to Lucca.

Lovely hotel located a stone’s throw from Lucca’s walls, with incredibly convenient free parking. Great for walking into the town centre to explore. Beds were very comfy and breakfast a nice touch.

Okay breakfast. Great location just outside the Lucca walls ,walking distance from trainstation and to the old town inside the walls.
