Everything from arrival to departure all perfect. Location ideal to visit everything we wanted to see. Our room and bathroom large and very peaceful. The staff are all wonderful and want to ensure that you are well attended to.

An excellent location in this lovely ex French colonial building with extremely comfortable room. The staff on the whole were very cheery and helpful although there was a distinct lack of English spoken. I cannot blame the staff for this as there should be a manager or someone in charge to oversee operations, this also applied to there sister hotel at the Villa Santi Resort and spa which we visited with a very efficient arrangement with a drop of and collect arrangement> The room was excellent. The breakfast was somewhat hit and miss with a breakdown in communications on a number of mornings, however I must stress the staff tried very hard to make our stay very enjoyable, Thank you all at Santi. The old villa that has become the Villa Santi does not have many rooms. We were on the ground floor in two large, adjacent rooms. It was private and quite agreeable. Staff were polite and discreetly available.
