Hotel Sala Prabang is located near Mekong River. We appreciated very much taking our breakfast on the terrace overlooking the river.National Museum, night market and Phousi Hill are within walking distance.

Excellent location, by the river and close to the markets and town centre. The TV worked and offered Lao TV, which you didn't get at all the hotels I stayed in. My booking was without breakfast, but I stayed another three nights as part of a tour group and enjoyed the breakfast then. It was very good and nice to sit outside. Room was spacious and clean and I appreciated the free water. Staff were helpful and carried my bags.

Some parts of the hotel are in good location, overlooking the river, other buildings were much less pleasant. Room was clean.
