I really liked the staff. Benza and Dionysia have been especially helpful. Everyone indeed was walking that extra mile to make my stay at the Protea Hotel remarkable. Just some quick facts: Got help with money exchange and transfer Breakfasts were great Everything is really fresh and exactly as it is in the photos. All the services were on point, very quick and polite. The hotel isn't very big, so no crowds anywhere, and so you can really feel that personal approach.
