I had a very pleasant two-week stay at Casas de Luanda Alvalade. I highly recommend it. It's a quiet place right in the heart of Luanda. The staff is incredibly attentive, and you feel right at home. The rooms are comfortable and spacious, The Wi-Fi works perfectly, and you have a small gym to do some exercises. Supermarkets and restaurants (in particular Sabor do Alvalade) are located nearby. If you prefer charming guesthouses to large hotels, don't hesitate; it will definitely be my go-to place in Luanda from now on ;-)

Ms Fatima is an excellent host, everything was methodically taken care by her, and I was accommodated to a spacious clean and tidy room. There is always cold and hot water in the tab and drinking water is e ready provided. The ambience of the hotel and the rooms is beautiful and cozy and the temperature is always set in a liberating (from hot and humidity) level. Security was well organised, 24/7! The accommodation is located pretty close to the airport, in a neighbourhood full of embassies.
