I had a fantastic stay at The Old Manse! From the moment I arrived, I was warmly welcomed with tea and delicious fruit cake. Barbara and John were absolutely lovely hosts – so kind and thoughtful, they truly couldn’t do enough for you. Their cat, Dyson, and dog, Hattie, were both very friendly and added a homely touch to the experience. I especially enjoyed relaxing with my tea and cake in the beautiful garden. My room was clean, comfortable, and cozy, and the breakfast in the morning was delicious. I highly recommend staying here – it’s a real gem!

Barbara and John are such warm and welcoming hosts. The Old Manse is a beautiful property with wonderful rooms and facilities. The breakfasts were delicious. Hattie the dog and Dyson the cat also gave us a warm welcome every time we returned. This B&B is perfectly located for visiting Lindisfarne, Bamburgh Castle, Berwick, and wonderful Northumberland beaches. There are wonderful walks and places of interest nearby. Lowick is a quiet and pretty village with two nice pubs that both serve good food. I highly recommend this B&B.

Nice breakfast, period property with lots of homely touches. Situated in a quiet location. Very comfortable bed & excellent hosts.
