The cottage was cosy and well equipped for preparing meals. The location was excellent for the southern lakes, such as Coniston. John, one of the owners, quickly came and helped us to use the washing machine, which was much appreciated.

Lovely, quirky, historical property (barn conversion that was originally the miller’s house) with lots of original features with a spectacular view out towards Old Man of Coniston
