Good sized room easy for us via lift. Great staff especially the employee who helped my partner when his sugars went way too low by bringing us food and coke to help bring his levels back up to normal.

Lovely comfy chairs in lounge, superb location. Friendly young local staff. Room was fine, tea coffee provided. Hairdryer plug next to mirror (unusual). Dogs welcome.

The first room allocated was unsafe. When reported I was surprised by the response as to ‘ oh, your a booking.com guest’ why was this relevant? To us, it appeared we were given this poor quality room because of our booking. We were moved after a discussion, to a room that met our booking( river view) but were surprised that the rooms are very small. All other facilities were good.
