A very convenient and quiet location for us. Two roads back from the sea front, walking distance to Lowestoft South Pier, walking distance to pubs/restaurants, just over half an hour's drive south to Southwold, just over half an hour's drive north to Great Yarmouth, ten minutes' drive to Oulton Broad, bus stop just outside the propery. Welcoming hosts, very comfortable room, nice breakfast.
