Friendly welcome at arrival and in the restaurant from staff who clearly liked their jobs. Good sized single room which was well decorated and warm, with high ceilings and a good sized ensuite with a generous shower tray. Good sized bath sheets which dried you well. I did feel that the owners and staff took pride in their offer. Although the room was not advertised as sea view the view was good. The expected tea and coffee making facilities were made special by the inclusion of a small teapot. Parking was easy and the location on the prom is great. I had the fish pie in the restaurant and it was excellent and priced as you would expect for the quality.

The view from my room was breathtaking it was a sea view and I could see clairmount pier as well as other views of the beach. I didn't have breakfast as I wasn't hungry in the morning but the breakfast menu looked delicious a good variety for everyone.
