Excellent value for money, faultless staff attitude service knowledge and presentation. Room was on the Sea front and veiw was great. Spacious room and bathroom, all spotlessly clean, slightly retro in appearance and character. Food was generous portions, breakfast was perfect. Excellent location looking out to the Kitty Hawk hotels on the sand bar, over the new beach huts, add still close to the local pubs and attractions. All staff we saw seemed happy friendly and helpful?

Everywhere was clean and tidy. Both Staff and other guests were polite. The Receptionist greeted us warmly. The rooms are of a bigger size and we liked there was a hallway between the bedroom and bathroom.
