The location on the site was amazing - right at the corner of the site near the exit up to the sea wall. The sea wall offers long walks in both directions. Being in the corner of the site you weren't hemmed in by other caravans - it felt private and quiet. On the other side of the site boundary hedge by the caravan you could see the really large field adjacent to the site with it's picnic area where I walked my dog. The caravan was spotlessly clean and comfortable and the outside decking and seating good for enjoying the fresh air and sunshine.

Very friendly atmosphere, the location was easy access, the place was welcoming and clean, and the residents were very friendly.

We loved the caravan, it was clean and smelt clean. Loved the table and chairs on the decking with the fake grass. Bed and sofa was comfy. Kitchen was good for things you need to cook with. There's a free Sat box in the frontroom. The location we loved. Lovely walks along the sea wall cafes restaurants takeaways convenient shops all in walking distance. Tescos is a 5 minute drive away. Great Yarmouth a 20 minute drive away. There's alot of history in the area kids parks lovely nature walks all walking distance. We really enjoy it. The only thing I would say is there is a big working factor next to the campsite which is odd but it really don't effect the holiday at all. Will definitely be coming back. Thank you for a lovely stay.
