Liz and here staff were all fantastic, very friendly,, helpful and all professionally dressed. We loved meeting the dogs and giving them lots of fuss. The hotel is beautifully decorated to a high standard in keeping with the stunning Victoria property. We stayed in room 2, the stunning, ground floor ensuite room with the most beautiful bed I have ever seen. It had a very comfy mattress with good quality bedding, sheets and soft quality towels. A big sized room with a huge bay window with a beautiful old Victorian Chesterfield sofa. Both my Husband and I had a fantastic nights sleep follows by a very tasty continental breakfast with an excellent choice. I highly recommend the light and fluffy homemade banana pancakes, they were so scrummy.

I booked the deluxe family room. It was spacious and had a really good night's sleep. The room was a bit tired, but very clean with everything you need. The room was on the top floor, so probably not suitable for anyone with mobility issues. The whole house is decorated beautifully and well thought out with lots going on.The host was very accommodating, and the continental breakfast was plentiful.
