The Villa is a few buildings away from the hotel Excelsior which owns this and other properties. It’s comfortable and well located.

Beautiful historic villa close to the seaside promenade as well as the Lovran center. Outdoor terrace was awesome, it led right into the park. The appartment was reasonably well equipped for self-catering.

The apartment's location is excellent. When staying here, you can also use the wellness services of Hotel Excelsior free of charge.
