Great location water hot bed comfortable nice little verandah watching the wild kangaroos.

This property was quite central for getting around to the vineyards in the Hunter Valley. We had a visit from a Kangaroo as we departed. I was also able to do washing which was very much appreciated

Location was central, easy to get to. Shower worked and bed was reasonable.

Extra blankets and heated blankets was really nice. The view and outdoor seating was lovely in the morning watching the kangaroos.
