Formerly known as the Lovedale Balloon Cottage, this 1-bedroom apartment has a spacious bedroom with a queen-sized bed and a ceiling fan. The window overlooks the communal deck and the bathroom has a shower, toilet, vanity and laundry sink. The kitchen has a microwave, stove top, oven, refrigerator, kettle, toaster and a selection of cooking pots and utensils. The lounge room is air-conditioned with a flat-screen TV, DVD player and a 5-piece dining setting. You will have access to the shared deck with outdoor setting and BBQ. Please note that the price is based on 2 guests. Maximum occupancy is 4 guests as the lounge converts to a sofa-bed.

New in 2017, this modern room is air-conditioned and has a queen-sized bed and a bathroom with a shower, toilet and vanity. The room has a flat-screen TV, a wardrobe, tea/coffee making facilities and a bar fridge. The room is accessed via a communal deck with an outdoor setting and a BBQ. The bedroom overlooks the rear of the property.

This villa has 2 bedrooms, each with a queen-sized bed and a ceiling fan. There is 1 bathroom with a shower, vanity and toilet. The rest of the villa is open plan with a 3-piece lounge setting, a flat-screen Smart TV and a small kitchenette with a microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher and a 2-burner stove top. There is also a work bench area that serves as a dining area for 4 guests. The open plan area is air-conditioned and overlooks the communal deck and gardens. You will also have access to the shared deck that has an outdoor setting and BBQ.

The villa complex is made up of a 1-bedroom apartment, 2-bedroom villa and a queen room. All 3 units are accessible by 1 communal deck area, complete with a 10 piece outdoor setting, BBQ and ceiling fan. All units have reverse-cycle air-conditioning and each bedroom has a ceiling fan. Each accommodation unit has key less entry and on-site parking. Please note that the maximum occupancy is 8 guests.
