Location was very good. Rooms were clean and staff were very helpful and friendly.

- Breakfast was indeed very basic, BUT fresh, tasty and with a nice view of the bay. - There is a parking lot in front of the building for 8 cars, and I heard that there is another parking lot at the back of the hotel. - 24-hour access to the building, from 10pm to 7am for guests only (electronic lock). - Costa coffee available in the lobby, costs €3, but the price includes a free bottle of water, so you actually pay the same as in the cafes outside. - The location is very convenient. By the sea, 800m to the promenade, 50m to the second best restaurant in Loutraki (according to TripAdvisor Oct'24) and 100m to the third (the first one on this list is far out of town ¯_(ツ)_/¯). - Clean room with comfortable bed, spacious bathroom, nice balcony and refrigerator with cooler so that you can make ice. - There was not the slightest problem to extend the hotel night free of charge.

The staff were really friendly and went out of their way to help - there was a great variety of food which caters sell for the greeks - for europeans its passable but we didnt go to greece to find the same variety as at home- the swimming pool was well maintained
