My second visit to this Hotel. I will be back and I totally recommend it. it is only 5 minutes away walking from the Sanctuary. Staff super friendly. Gave me a quite room (however neighbours were a bit loud in the morning, but it is not the hotel's fault) on the 4th floor. Hotel is clean. has a good restaurant and a good breakfast in the morning. When I return to Lourdes, I will be back at this hotel.

Beds were uncomfortable. Too soft at the edges had me fall off the bed twice in the night. Have bruises. Breakfast was between 0600 to 1000. Came down at 0900 nothing left. Promised more within 10 minutes. It did not arrive. Had my fill of bread and cold cuts instead. Electricity tripped out when i got in the room. Had to call down to fix. Staff were friendly though.
