The owners, Arnaud and Diane, were incredibly welcoming and made us feel right at home. The beds were exceptionally comfortable, and the bathroom appeared newly renovated, with excellent water pressure. The hotel’s location was ideal (just a 15-minute walk to the grotto) and the convenience of a private on-site car park was a real bonus. Dinner at the hotel restaurant was both delicious and excellent value for money.

Everything was perfect: the place is extremely clean, the host and the staff are very friendly, helpful and great to talk to. Everyone were attentive to details in order to make our stay as comfortable as possible. We enjoyed this hotel that much that instead of 1 night we decided to stay for 2 nights! The hotel is located in front of the small park and a river which makes the place magical. It’s a great place to stay with dog because the park is literally 2 meters away from the hotel. With birds singing, river flowing and mountains around it’s a pure relax. They have rooms either with a garden view or with astonishing mountain view. It takes only 3 minutes by car to get to the grottes and the cathedral. By foot — around 15 minutes with a nice promenade next to the river. There are other hotels that are closer to the grotte, but they are all packed on each other (it’s really crowded there which kills the vibe) and you don’t have an opportunity to enjoy the beautiful calm nature of this area. We were very happy with our choice of the Hotel Saint Clair. Breakfasts were also very good! Aside from everything mentioned above we would’ve in any case put a maximum grade possible for our stay thanks to Chanel - a beautiful and pretty dog who meets you on the reception! 🤍

Location was great. It is in the middles between Sanctuary and City center, with ca. 15 minutes walking distance. Team was so nice. We feel very welcoming. We were very impressed how much effort the owner and his team put to welcome all guests. The rooms we had were very pleasant and we felt very comfortable to stay there.. We arrived late in the night but the owner still waited to welcome us in person... It was a very crowed time but he did arrange a parking space for us.... The breakfast was also very great for the price, fresh croissants, coffee, tea, boiled eggs, etc.. No need to get oitside and look for an overpriced café All in all we are very pleased staying at this place and if we have a chance to visit Lourdes again we will definitely stay here.

Close to city, transport, private car parking. The room was a good size and comfortable.
