The host was friendly and helpful, made us feel very welcome, gave us clear instructions on how to access the property, responding quick to my messages The location was great close to the station and also close to the city center

Breakfast was very disappointing. The hotel was very busy and unfortunately the only staff member had to deal with reception desk, kitchen and breakfast room. This resultant in poor service for breakfast. Lack of clean tables, lack of cutlery, and no bread, crousants, fruit, milk and juices.

We didn’t like to distance from the hotel to the grotto. The facilities were adequate. Breakfast was excellent t with the choice of cornflakes/cocopops along with croissants, bread rolls, ham/cheese, yoghurts, fruit, a choice of, water/tea/coffee. The property was very clean. Staff were more than helpful.
